[23.04.2018] Enabling multi-robot removal tasks within single rooms

As tethered mobile robots are having their own restrictions the task planning layer of the Bots2ReC project has to deal with such complex planning tasks. This time we unlocked the opportunity to access rooms with multiple robots of our fleets without causing cable problems.
